INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 610 HT IS A HIGH QUALITY 3D PRINTER FOR MAKING FUNCTIONAL PIECES
The Intamsys Funmat Pro 610 HT is a 3D printer designed for professional and industrial users. It enables engineers and makers to 3D print functional and high-performance materials. It is part of the popular Intamsys Funmat range, which includes Funmat HT, Funmat Pro 310 and Funmat Pro 410. With the Funmat Pro 610 HT, it is possible to produce large and robust parts from high-performance materials.
The 3D printing chamber has a volume of 610 x 508 x 508 mm. The advanced thermal system comprises a chamber with a constant temperature of up to 300°C, a heated working mat that can be heated up to 300°C, and powerful extruders that can print materials at d0 500°C. The dual extruder also allows you to combine materials for even greater functional value in 3D printed pieces.
Thanks to its efficient high temperature system, Funmat Pro 610 HT is suitable for the production of models in PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PPSU and other engineering materials. The huge volume of 3D printing allows real-size parts to be produced at once with high resolution down to 50 microns (0.05 mm). It offers a number of smart features including automatic nozzle cleaning, nozzle clog and filament shortage warning sensor, active cooling and overheating protection. This prevents the risk of errors during 3D printing, while ensuring safe use. Funmat Pro 610 HT is also FCC and CE certified.
For a better user experience, there is also a 7-inch touchscreen on the front. The 3D printer is easy to operate using the IntamSuite software, which is of course included in the package. The Funmat Pro 610 HT provides automatic calibration to ensure tolerances and accuracy, warning of possible nozzle blockage, warning of filament shortage, chamber temperature, etc.
