INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT ENHANCED IS A POWERFUL DESKTOP INDUSTRIAL 3D PRINTER
The Intamsys Funmat HT Enhanced is a 3D printer designed for professional users. It is capable of 3D printing a wide range of high-performance materials such as PEEK, ULTEM and PPSU. In addition, you can print other thermoplastics. Intamsys Funmat HT Enhanced gives you high-resolution 3D printing (up to 50 microns) and industrial quality 3D printed models.
TEMPERATURE SYSTEM AND VOLUME OF 3D PRINTING
The advanced design of the thermal system includes a chamber that heats up to 90°C, a working mat that heats up to 160°C and a high-temperature extruder that heats up to 450°C. The 3D printing volume is up to 260 x 260 x 260 mm, which corresponds to smaller 3D models.
MODEL UPGRADE
The Intamsys Funmat HT Enhanced is an upgraded version of the standard Funmat HT, hence the name. Unlike its predecessor, it has a convenient auto-calibration function and an improved nozzle. It also offers 4 independent drivers for different axes and filament application and a redesigned removable glass ceramic working mat with PI film.
PRECISION 3D PRINTING
The Funmat HT is capable of printing layers with a precision of up to 50 microns (0.05 mm), allowing the production of parts with smooth surfaces. It is a professional 3D printer assembled with high-quality components and equipped with a set of high-performance features tailored to high-temperature 3D printing. Supports 3D printing of high-end engineering materials.
LARGE RANGE OF NOZZLES
Funmat HT Enhanced offers interchangeable metal nozzles. It has a 0.4 mm nozzle built into the base to provide the best 3D printing speed to detail ratio. Depending on your requirements, nozzle sizes from 0.1 to 0.8 mm can be installed.
