INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 410 IS A HIGH PERFORMANCE INDUSTRIAL 3D PRINTER

INTAMSYS (short for Intelligent Additive Manufacturing Systems) is a manufacturer of industrial 3D printers that can print functional materials such as PEEK, PEKK and ULTEM, as well as other high-performance materials.

Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 is FDM 3D printer for printing with multi-functional materials. It is a professional 3D printer that is successfully used for rapid prototyping and small-scale production. It has a closed chamber, making it ideal for 3D printing temperature-sensitive materials. It also has an open material system, making it compatible with a range of high-temperature engineering filaments. Provides 3D printing volumes up to 305 x 305 x 406 mm.

Thanks to the double extruder, it can also print supports, which is a great advantage when producing complex models. It includes advanced features designed for a comfortable user experience – automatic nozzle cleaning, filament shortage warning system, built-in camera for remote 3D printing monitoring, etc.

The Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 can print layers with a precision of up to 50 microns. This allows you to produce parts rich in detail and with smooth outer surfaces. The dual extruder mechanism and automatic calibration by a precision sensor enable continuous 3D printing. Robust construction and advanced components enable high speed and precision 3D printing. The Funmat Pro 410 can easily cope with high-performance materials for continuous production.

MANAGEMENT AND SOFTWARE

The 3D printer has a simple user interface. The touch screen makes it easy to control 3D printing. Two USB stick slots next to the screen allow fast file transfer to the 3D printer.

The 3D printer is supplied with software IntamSuite, based on the original Cura “slicer”. The software supports both .STL and .OBJ files. The software can be easily downloaded from DropBox or the official INTAMSYS website. It is available for Windows, Linux and Mac. You can start 3D printing by uploading a file via Wi-Fi networks or USB stick. The built-in camera allows you to continuously monitor the status during 3D printing.

Internationally, INTAMSYS works with leading companies in various industries to provide them with cutting-edge 3D printing solutions optimised for the diverse needs of industries and organisations. INTAMSYS is trusted by companies such as Honeywell, Jabil, Bosch, FLEX, Sabic, UK Atomic Energy Authority, TE Connectivity, Stanford University, Tsinghua University and many others.
