Polymaker PolyDissolve S1 is a 3D printing filament made of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol). PVA is a soluble synthetic polymer known for its excellent water solubility.

PolyDissolve S1 is mainly used as a support material in 3D printing with two extruders. It is compatible with a wide range of “virgin” materials such as PLA, PETG, PA or TPU. Support structures printed with PolyDissolve S1 can be easily dissolved in water, allowing easy removal of the support structures without the need for manual post-processing. Simply soak the printed model in water and the PolyDissolve S1 support material will dissolve without affecting the main structure of the model.

PolyDissolve S1 is compatible with various 3D printers that have an extruder. It can be used for complex designs with overhangs, complex geometries or internal cavities where support structures are needed.

It is designed for easy 3D printing, offers good layer adhesion and has a relatively low 3D printing temperature. It flexes minimally during 3D printing, making it suitable for many 3D printers.
