EinScan Trak is a wireless 3D scanner with advanced marker-free optical tracking. It is designed for fast and accurate 3D scanning of medium-sized and large objects. The system combines an optical tracker with a detachable handheld laser scanner. This lets you capture large surfaces and detailed geometry in hard-to-reach areas.

Why the EinScan Trak Stands Out
EinScan Trak combines optical tracking with handheld laser 3D scanning. It also supports marker-free scanning. You do not need to place physical markers on the object before scanning.
This saves valuable setup time. It is especially useful when 3D scanning large objects such as vehicles, machinery, structures, and industrial components.
The system quickly captures large surfaces. It also captures fine details in more demanding areas.
Advanced blue laser technology handles challenging surfaces with ease. This includes black, chrome, and reflective materials. EinScan Trak can also operate in lighting conditions of up to 110,000 lux. This makes it suitable for production environments and outdoor use.

Two Scanning Modes for Greater Flexibility
The EinScan Trak gives you two 3D scanning modes in one system.
In optical tracking mode, the tracking unit follows the scanner’s position. You can quickly capture large surfaces without using markers.
The tracking system supports scanning volumes of up to 15 m³. This makes it ideal for vehicles, machinery, structures, and other large components.
Need to reach tight or difficult areas? Simply detach the handheld scanner. You can then scan vehicle interiors, engine compartments, narrow channels, and deep openings.
You can combine data from both scanning modes into a single 3D model.

Scanning Spaces and Door Frames (Blind Spots)
When passing through doorways or scanning multiple adjacent rooms, you may encounter a loss of line of sight – the tracker positioned in one room can no longer see the scanner when it moves to the other side of a wall or door frame.
EinScan Trak solution: It offers the advanced Hybrid Leapfrog function, which allows you to easily move the entire tracker into the adjacent room during scanning, without interrupting the project or losing global alignment.
You can also detach the main unit and use it as a standalone handheld scanner for details that are not accessible to the tracker.
Three Laser Scanning Patterns
EinScan Trak uses an advanced blue laser system. Choose the scanning pattern based on the size and complexity of the object.
19 + 19 crossed laser lines capture large surfaces quickly. 7 parallel laser lines capture edges, contours, and smaller details with greater precision.
For deep and difficult-to-reach areas, use the dedicated laser line for deep holes. It helps capture narrow channels and deep openings.
The integrated 5 MP texture camera captures color information. It also lets you create photorealistic 3D models. Use them for visual documentation, digital archiving, and surface inspection.

Wireless 3D Scanning Without Cables
Built-in Wi-Fi 6 connectivity enables wireless data transfer between the scanner and workstation.
Move freely around vehicles, machinery, and other large objects. No data cables will restrict your movement.
Two batteries with hot-swap functionality keep your workflow running. Replace a depleted battery without stopping the scanning process.
