THE NEW EINSCAN H2 HAS UNDERGONE A NUMBER OF IMPROVEMENTS

Although the EinScan H2 retains the ergonomics of its predecessor, the wide FOV (Field of View) and hybrid light sources, it has also benefited from several other key improvements.

With an improved texture camera and precision, the EinScan H2 is the perfect option for capturing colour objects with detail. With its dedicated algorithms and infrared technology without flash, it remains one of the best options for 3D body scanning. It also retains a wide FOV and flexible working distance, making it ideal for 3D scanning of large objects.

SO WHAT ARE THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF EINSCAN H2?

1. RICHER AND BRIGHTER COLOURS

It is equipped with a 5 megapixel camera, offering sharper and more true-to-life colours. 3D models look even more realistic than before and have a higher level of detail.

2. THREE VCSEL PROJECTORS

EinScan H2 now includes not just one, not just two, but three VCSEL projectors that work in synchrony to more efficiently acquire dark areas and better adapt to different lighting conditions.

3. IMPROVED ACCURACY AND RESOLUTION

Thanks to the additional VCSEL projectors, the infrared mode can provide an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm (0.05 mm in white light mode) instead of 0.5 mm. It now also offers better resolution – up to 0.2 mm instead of 0.25 mm.

4. ADJUSTABLE 3D SCANNING DISTANCE

The working distance can now be adapted to objects of any size. In infrared mode, the working distance can be manually adjusted from 200 mm to 1500 mm.

5. A NEW ALGORITHM FOR 3D SCANNING OF PEOPLE

The software developers have developed a new way to enhance hair capture (“hair enhancement mode”), for both light and dark hair. This is an interesting addition to the “non-rigid” function, which automatically compensates for slight body movements.
