Mingda MD-1000D FDM 3D Printer is a high-performance industrial 3D printer designed to meet the demands of various industries. With its large printing volume of 1000x1000x1000 mm, it is perfect for producing larger models and prototypes.

Hands-free automatic leveling

It ensures a perfect first layer, improves overall print quality, and reduces the likelihood of printing errors. Additionally, precise nozzle distance calibration allows the 3D printer to create models with better layer resolution. This means that the 3D printer is more convenient to prepare before printing and accurately detects the first layer.

Dual extruder system

Enables multi-material and multi-color printing with a variety of different materials. This advanced system can print with both high-quality materials and support materials. Often, complex models have overhanging elements that require support structures. With the help of the second extruder, printing breakaway supports becomes much simpler.

New air cooling system

The dual cooling system with an aerodynamic air duct design blows models with a powerful directed airflow, enhancing cooling and helping to create perfect prints.

Large printing volume

The 3D printer allows for an enormous printing volume of up to 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm, making it suitable for creating even the largest prototypes, models, figures, and some production parts.

Remote printing with multiple devices

The Mingda MD-1000D 3D printer allows real-time monitoring of its printing via a WiFi or network cable connection. Additionally, it supports the control of multiple machines simultaneously, enabling rapid mass production.

Suitable for a wide range of materials

The hotend temperature can reach up to 350℃, allowing the printing of engineering materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and nylon composites, in addition to all standard materials. Classic filaments: PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, ASA Technical filaments: HtPA, PET-GF, PET-CF, PA12-CF, HtPA-GF, HtPA-CF, HtPA-GF25, HtPA-CF25, etc. Support filaments: S-Mulit, S-HtPA

Closed-loop stepper motors

The Mingda 3D printer is equipped with closed-loop stepper motors. Compared to traditional stepper motors, this printer features fast responsiveness, lower noise, and reduced heat. It provides excellent performance and speed.
