The Flashforge Creator 4 is a professional FDM 3D printer for commercial use that combines functionality, flexibility, efficiency, high productivity and superior performance to create functional prototypes and end-use parts. The 3D printer is equipped with a fully enclosed chamber that can maintain a constant temperature of up to 65 °C. It also offers a huge 3D printing volume (up to 400 x 350 x 500 mm), covering most user needs.
It provides a number of advanced features such as an intelligent filament management system, filament shortage detection, automatic calibration of the working mat, resumption of printing after power failure, efficient heat dissipation, two filament spool holders (1 and 2 kg) and HEPA13 air filter.
TWO INDEPENDENT EXTRUDERS
The biggest advantage of Flashforge Creator 4 is the “IDEX” – two independent extruders. Thanks to the use of two extruders that can move independently along the X-axis, it supports 3D printing in dual mode and mirror mode, doubling production efficiency. This way you can produce two identical pieces at the same time, saving 2x production time.
Another useful feature of the IDEX system is two-colour or 3D printing with two different materials. It also makes it easy to 3D print complex shapes using supports.
Thanks to its two extruders, the Creator 4 is perfect for professional use in a variety of fields, including industrial part design, production line preparation and clamping tools, artwork, etc.

SEVERAL DIFFERENT EXTRUDERS FOR FLASHFORGE CREATOR 4
There are three different extruders available for the FlashForge Creator 4 3D printer, the F-extruder, the HT-extruder and the HS-extruder. The latter give the user a wide range of applications.
HIGH VOLUME 3D PRINTING
Creator 4 offers 3D printing volumes up to 400 x 350 x 500 mm. The height of the vertical (Z-axis) allows you to print even larger pieces and cover more needs.
HIGH PRECISION 3D PRINTING
With precision linear guides on the X and Y axis, Flashforge Creator 4 can print layers down to 15 microns. It can be used to produce parts with smooth outer surfaces, complex geometry and detailed assembly.
The all-new “S-type” motion control achieves smoother starts and stops, more precise positioning and superior 3D printing accuracy. The stainless steel housing ensures the stability of the printer, reduces print vibrations and ensures sustainable and efficient operation.
CONSTANT CHAMBER TEMPERATURE
Advanced temperature control software design can warm the chamber before 3D printing and maintain the temperature even after printing is complete. The system maintains a constant chamber temperature of 65°C, which reduces thermal shrinkage of the model during the 3D printing process. It also prevents warping and cracking of ABS/PC/PA and other engineering filaments, ensuring the quality and dimensional accuracy of the model.
USER-FRIENDLY FILAMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Creator 4 features a 7-inch colour touchscreen with improved sensitivity and a simple and clear interface. Connectivity options include USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, making it easy to operate. Creator 4 also has a built-in HD camera for remote monitoring.
Before printing, the intelligent system can automatically adjust the temperature according to the filament type. Smart settings maintain a constant chamber temperature and ensure printing performance. After printing, the intelligent control system helps adjust the cooling temperature so you can get ready for the next print without waiting again. The open system offers the possibility to print with a wide range of filaments.
Creator 4 uses the FlashPrint “slicer”. It works with .3MF, .STL, .OBJ, .FPP, .BMP, .PNG and .JPEG file formats. The 3D printer software runs on Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
FILAMENT QUALITY CERTIFICATION
FlashForge Creator 4 is of course best suited for use with original Flashforge filaments. This special series has been developed in cooperation with LEHVOSS, a German company. Their filaments reduce thermal shrinkage during printing, as well as bending and the need for high chamber temperatures. Strength and temperature resistance are improved. The filaments are certified by the German LEHVOSS laboratory.
Flashforge Creator 4 is available in a grey-black colour combination. Its elegant look will decorate any workshop, laboratory or classroom.
