Mingda MD-400D is a professional 3D printer that ensures efficiency, precision, and versatility.

Speed of the 3D printer

With an acceleration of up to 10,000 mm/s², the MD-400D achieves a 3D printing speed of up to 300 mm/s.

IDEX extruder

The 3D printer is equipped with a dual IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) system, which offers versatility. It allows you to print with two different materials simultaneously or even two different colors at the same time. It is ideal for printing models with supports made from materials that are easier to remove or even soluble in water. The IDEX technology reduces the time spent changing filaments and removing supports, thus increasing productivity.

3D printing volume

The volume of the MD-400D 3D printer, 400 x 400 x 400 mm, allows for printing larger and more complex prototypes or functional parts.

Smart resume printing function

The smart print recovery function in the MD-400D ensures a seamless continuation of printing after an interruption or pause in the printing process, such as due to a power outage. This function helps reduce the likelihood of defects in printed models caused by interruptions.

Direct Drive extruder

The MD-400D printer features a “Direct Drive” type extruder, which reduces the likelihood of filament slipping and enhances print quality. Due to its design, this extruder offers better control over the filament.

PEI flexible build plate

The PEI build plate heats up quickly, makes it easy to remove printed models, and ensures that the first layer adheres well, resulting in high-quality prints.

Mirror mode

The MD-400D 3D printer allows for easy printing of symmetrical models using the “Mirror Mode.” This feature enables you to effortlessly print complex symmetrical models by reflecting one half of the model. In this mode, one part of your model is automatically replicated and mirrored, eliminating the need to manually insert each symmetrical half. This reduces preparation time and increases the accuracy of the symmetrical printed model.
