The AccuFab Cel dental 3D printer by Shining3D features uniform light distribution, enabling a higher level of precision (up to 35 μm). The high precision and uniform light distribution are key factors that contribute to the exceptional quality of the products.

The AccuFab-CEL is an ultra-fast dental 3D printer

The AccuFab CEL printer has an ultra-high printing speed of up to 10 cm/h, which is exceptionally fast compared to typical speeds of around 1-2 cm per hour. The mainboard, which updates automatically, supports 5G connectivity, ensuring long-term use of the AccuFab-CEL. The high-throughput processor enables fast and efficient data processing, reducing processing time and, consequently, printing time.

Real-time monitoring of the chamber environment

During the printing process, the temperature and humidity of the chamber are precisely controlled, and the user is notified of any changes that could affect product quality. In the case of excessively low temperatures, printing automatically stops, preventing potential print failures and ensuring high product quality. Thanks to this feature, the printer achieves exceptional stability and precision, with a 99% success rate in printing.

With its biocompatible ceramic layer, it prevents contamination and ensures safety during printing, which is crucial for producing items used in dental medicine. Additionally, the long lifespan of the ceramic substrate ensures that the 3D printer operates seamlessly and maintains high product quality over an extended period.

Upgraded Z-axis motion ensures quieter printing, creating a more comfortable working environment without excessive noise.
