Shining3D FreeScan Trio is a handheld 3D scanner that enables scanning objects without the use of markers. With 98 laser lines, you achieve efficient capture of the working surface without the need for marker installation. The built-in photogrammetry system further enhances volumetric accuracy. It is suitable for various applications in engineering, quality control, design, and manufacturing.

SETTING NEW STANDARDS FOR SPEED AND EFFICIENCY

With 98 laser lines, the FreeScan Trio enables exceptionally fast markerless scanning, reaching up to 3,010,000 points per second. With significantly reduced setup time as markers are not required, the scanner enhances efficiency and reduces preparation time.

3 HIGH RESOLUTION CAMERAS

Equipped with three 5 MP cameras, the FreeScan Trio allows precise capture of even the smallest details, even on highly complex surfaces. Create high-quality 3D data with volumetric accuracy up to 0.02 mm + 0.015 mm/m using photogrammetry. By using markers, it can achieve accuracy up to 0.02 mm.

FOUR SCAN MODES AND SCAN FIELD SIZE

The FreeScan Trio has four scanning modes, each with different laser lines, field of view, and accuracy. It also allows scanning surfaces with a size of 650 x 580 mm.

        • 98 laser lines: Markerless, exceptional scanning speed up to 3,010,000 points/s.
  • 26 laser lines: 650 x 580 mm field of view for quick 3D scanning.
  • 7 laser lines: Industrial-grade quality, 5 MP cameras for capturing exceptional details.
  • 1 laser line: Optimized camera angle for pockets and holes.
