SHINING3D TRANSCAN C IS A PROFESSIONAL 3D SCANNER

Shining3D has developed the Transcan C, a professional 3D scanner capable of capturing objects in high resolution and accuracy. The 12 MP cameras can capture rich and detailed textures of objects, presenting a digital image of the object in the form of a 3D model.

Transcan C enables:
– Adjustable scanning range to suit different needs.
– The 12 MP colour cameras provide rich and detailed 3D models with colour texture.
– Smoothly switch between three levels of resolution in one project, so you can get all the detail at high efficiency.

DUAL MODE 3D SCANNING

The design of the rails makes it easy to switch between a 150 mm x 96 mm and a 300 mm x 190 mm 3D scanning area to meet the needs and efficiently scan objects of different sizes.

COMBINED RESOLUTIONS

The resolution blending algorithm allows three levels of resolution to be combined – high, medium or low. All this can be done in one project for complex 3D scanning tasks, greatly improving efficiency without duplicating work.

COLOUR 3D SCANNING

Two 12 MP colour cameras are installed to capture a detailed 24-bit colour spectrum that replicates the true colour of the physical object. Transcan C is the ideal solution for capturing 3D colour data for virtual display.

HIGH ACCURACY OF SCANNED DATA

The compact scanner delivers high accuracy of 0.035 mm in the narrow and 0.05 mm in the wide position. These results are valuable for many post-measurement applications.

MICRO-DETAIL CAPTURE

The minimum point distance can reach 0.0375 mm (resolution) to capture the finest surface detail in a narrow 150 mm x 96 mm position.

INTELLIGENT OPERATION

The scanning process is fully automatic with the rotary plate. Combined with an advanced 3D scanning algorithm, it ensures efficient 3D data acquisition without manual intervention.

The software guides the user through a simple operation process, while providing powerful tools to easily optimise scan results.
